CERTIFICATION
Since 2020, Demeter certification has been given by the Biodynamic Federation Demeter International (BFDI), an organization that resulted from the union between Demeter International and the International Biodynamic Association (IBDA).
BFDI together with the Agriculture Section of the Goetheanum, manages the biodynamic movement throughout the world, through its associated national biodynamic associations.
The Goetheanum's Agriculture Section deals with the cultural and spiritual aspects of Biodynamics while the BFDI deals with all other aspects, including certification.
To obtain Demeter certification, you must have organic certification and comply with Demeter's specifications, below referred to as Demeter Standards.
